Latitude Craft Chocolate, founded in 2016, is a social enterprise producing specialty cocoa and craft chocolate at origin in Uganda. Our mission is to use absurdly tasty chocolate as a tool for creating local jobs and sustainably improving incomes for smallholder cocoa farmers throughout Uganda. We're a Certified B Corporation company- meaning we meet the highest standards of overall social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. Latitude craft chocolate sources its cocoa from a group of young and vibrant youth that it pays premium prices. The cocoa is transported to the factory in Kampala, production begins with a team of youthful and vibrant individuals.
