iventure AFRICA exists to remedy the unemployment and underemployment scourge women and youth face the world over. The organization provides Entreprise development programs, skilling and encore career development programs. The organization leverages new technology, develops evidence based, sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective programs and policies that mitigate  youth & women  unemployment while increasing the opportunities people have to obtain a decent job or start a successful business.
